What I Offer
Why Service Fees?
Travel advisors are compensated in a variety of ways. In some cases, I receive commission from hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers. However, many of the services that provide the greatest value to my clients—research, itinerary design, destination expertise, flight analysis, logistics planning, restaurant recommendations, and trip coordination—are not commissionable.
Planning fees allow me to dedicate the time and attention needed to create thoughtful, personalized travel experiences while remaining focused on what is best for my clients, not simply what pays commission.
Whether I'm helping you identify the best use of airline miles, comparing hotels, coordinating a multi-generational family trip, building a self-guided itinerary, or serving as a sounding board throughout the planning process, planning fees ensure that my expertise and time are properly valued regardless of how or where reservations are ultimately made.

Flight Research
Starting at $90 per itinerary
Finding the right flights can be one of the most time-consuming parts of planning a trip. Whether your priority is cost, airline preference, schedule, nonstop options, total travel time, or maximizing miles and points, I'll sort through the options and provide recommendations tailored to your priorities.
Beyond simply comparing fares, I'll help you evaluate the practical tradeoffs between different flight options using knowledge of airlines, airports, and routing strategies. Whether it's determining if a connection is realistic at a particular airport, comparing premium economy products across airlines, or weighing the value of a lower fare against a more comfortable itinerary, I'll help you choose the option that best fits your travel style and goals.

Pricing is per itinerary. Additional research fees may apply for travelers departing from different cities or traveling on different dates.
Flight Booking & Management
$45 per passenger
Once you've selected your flights, I can handle the booking process and provide ongoing support for your reservation.
Services include:
Flight booking and ticketing
Passenger information verification
Frequent flyer and Known Traveler Number management
Schedule change monitoring
Assistance with delays, cancellations, and disruptions
Flight bookings using miles or points are not currently available.

For travelers who already know where they want to go and primarily need assistance researching, booking, and coordinating travel arrangements.
I help identify the best-fit travel partners, accommodations, and services based on your travel style, priorities, and budget. Rather than sorting through hundreds of online options, you'll receive recommendations informed by firsthand knowledge, trusted industry relationships, and professional travel resources.
Services may include:
Hotel and accommodation recommendations and bookings
Rental cars
Airport, rail, and private transfers
Cruises and multi-day tours
Day tours and activities
Reservation management
Digital itinerary delivery
Travel support before and during your trip
In many cases, I can also secure additional benefits through my preferred travel partner network, including:
Hotel food & beverage credits

Early check-in and late check-out (when available)

For travelers seeking a more collaborative and personalized planning experience.
In addition to managing reservations, I help design the overall flow of your trip—connecting destinations, activities, transportation, dining, and logistics into a cohesive experience tailored to your interests and travel style.
This service often includes the type of planning that travelers find most valuable but that is rarely commissionable: destination research, personalized recommendations, logistical problem-solving, and helping groups make informed decisions.
